We use a combination of newspaper help wanted advertising, powerful online advertising and a customized, revolutionary software program that searches every job board on the net to find the best qualified, active and passive job seekers in your area. This balanced advertising campaign makes attracting, hiring and retaining top quality candidates easy and cost effective. Every company is unique, therefore, we also offer the flexibility to work with almost any realistic advertising budget.
Monday and Tuesday interviews are held at the dealership with the trainer. This in-depth, four phase interview process seperates the "suspects" from the prospects. The prospects are invited back on Wednesday morning to begin training.
We train the students using the basic "Steps to the Sales" training course. While in training they will receive a workbook, training manual, training CD, participate in role-playing, homework assignments, quizzes, and shopping local dealerships.
Upon request, we will fax you a simple one page dealer agreement. Once it's signed, fax it back to us to reserve the next available week. We'll handle everything from there!
